Summary
Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality Engineering & Assurance (QEA) - SAP
Location: Foster City, CA (United States)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the SAP S/4 HANA Integrated Plan, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and business objectives.
- Configuration & Testing: Oversee SAP SPM (Service Parts Management) configuration and other SAP module configurations to ensure quality standards are met.
- UAT Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Defect Management: Chair defect triage meetings, prioritizing issues, and driving them to resolution in collaboration with development and business teams.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in SAP testing and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven expertise in SAP SPM Configuration.
- Strong experience managing SAP Integrated Plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead UAT Support and Defect Triage processes.
Prior experience operating at a Senior Manager (SM) level, managing complex stakeholder relationships
