Guidewire Platform: A deep understanding of Guidewire's architecture, components, and APIs is crucial for customizing and integrating solutions.
Insurance Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance concepts, processes, and regulations is beneficial for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues is vital for troubleshooting and maintaining Guidewire products.


Detailed Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations with external systems including rating engines, payment gateways, document services, and core platforms
Implement and configure SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging infrastructure (Kafka, JMS), and integration plugins
Lead the architecture and design of new integration flows, including data mapping and error handling strategies
Develop custom plugins for pre/post submission logic, policy lifecycle events, and claim/policy sync
Guide and mentor development teams on integration best practices and performance tuning
Support end-to-end testing, debugging, and issue resolution across environments
Collaborate with BAs, QA, CloudOps, and DevOps teams to ensure successful deployments and monitoring
