Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect

Duration: 6 months of Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Experience Cloud architecture, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Data Cloud, integrations, security, and CI/CD practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Cloud Architecture & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and communities.
- Design and implement Experience Cloud solutions using LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) and Aura templates based on performance, scalability, and SEO requirements.
- Architect secure external user access using External Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), and advanced sharing models, including Account Relationship Data Sharing and Apex Managed Sharing.
- Establish governance standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud deployments.
Hands-on Salesforce Development
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement personalized digital experiences using Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS.
- Design and build process automation using Flow, Headless Flows, Asynchronous Apex, Queueables, Batch Apex, and Platform Events.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and performance standards.
Data & Integration
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer profiles and personalized user experiences.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data synchronization and integration architecture.
Technical Leadership
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive technical design discussions and recommend scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and detailed user stories.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and executive stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
- Present architecture recommendations, solution designs, and implementation strategies to leadership.
- Collaborate with Agile teams throughout planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LWR, Aura components, Salesforce CMS, and Audience Targeting.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of External Identity, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Salesforce security architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and enterprise integrations.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, Salesforce DX, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, AWS, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
