Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Financial Systems to lead enterprise finance system initiatives from planning through delivery and closure. The ideal candidate will bring strong full lifecycle project management experience, global exposure, and deep expertise in financial systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can ramp up quickly and operate independently within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and required resources
- Lead full lifecycle project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Provide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Oversee project resources to ensure effective utilization
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and project methodologies
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through structured change control processes
- Drive successful project closure including documentation and transition activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree required
- 5 10 years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing financial system implementations (Oracle EBS or SAP required)
- Completion of at least 5 full project lifecycles, preferably within multinational organizations
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong experience using project planning and management tools
- Experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Global project experience across LATAM, EMEA, and North America preferred
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, independent contributor who can roll up sleeves and lead meetings confidently

- PMP certification (nice to have but not required)
