Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher with expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. This role involves designing, managing, analyzing, and producing reports for these surveys, while effectively prioritizing research in a dynamic environment. The objective is to generate insights that inform both current and future research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys.
- Effectively manage and prioritize research tasks within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives.
- Execute hands-on, primary research.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field such as Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or Social Sciences is required.
Experience: A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a Master's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Technical Skills:- Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package.
- Experience in survey design and item development.
- Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests.
- Proficiency with Google suites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73.00/hr to $83.00/hr. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
