Job DescriptionWe are seeking an
Audio Visual / Collaboration Support Specialist to provide advanced support for enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless AV and virtual meeting experiences across the organization, including executive-level and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced support for Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange
- Support virtual and hybrid conferencing environments using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for internal meetings, town halls, training sessions, and external presentations
- Deliver white-glove AV and technology support for executives and board-level meetings
- Partner with third-party AV vendors for installations, upgrades, and large events; coordinate with Facilities, IT, and external partners as needed
- Manage and fulfill AV booking requests, including equipment setup and teardown
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impact customer experience; research solutions and collaborate with vendors when appropriate
- Place orders for AV equipment and consumables; inspect and verify deliveries upon receipt
- Maintain and manage AV inventory, including spare parts and usage tracking
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot teleconferencing and presentation equipment, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and recording devices
- Perform maintenance and repairs on AV equipment such as microphones, speakers, displays, and video switchers
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides; train employees on AV tools and systems
- Support long-term AV strategy and capacity planning to meet future corporate technology needs
- Evaluate vendor proposals, service agreements, and solution offerings
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development
- Provide feedback to the end-user services team to help improve technical processes and service delivery

Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience architecting, supporting, and maintaining a corporate AV environment, including teleconferencing and presentation technologies
- 3+ years of experience providing deskside or end-user support in a corporate environment
- Industry-standard IT certifications (A+, Microsoft Office, MCP) are a plus
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
