Job Title: Batch Support Analyst

Required Qualifications:

Experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of production support processes and incident management.
Experience analyzing system logs and troubleshooting application issues.
Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
Familiarity with operating systems and application support environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with enterprise job schedulers such as Control-M, Autosys, or similar tools.
Knowledge of database systems and basic SQL queries.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and production support frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
