Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) Consultant to join our team at Zoox in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP BRIM/SAP CC implementations, charging configuration, rating processes, and integration with upstream/downstream SAP systems. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design and implement scalable charging and billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, configure, and implement SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) solutions for complex business requirements.

·         Develop and maintain Charge Plans, Charge Logics, Usage Rates, Recurring Rates, and One-Time Rates.

·         Configure Allowance Plans, Allowance Logic, Mapping Tables, Range Tables, Translation Tables, and Pricing Macros.

·         Work on prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid charging models.

·         Integrate SAP CC with SAP SOM, SAP CI, and SAP Convergent Mediation (MZ).

·         Support Rating & Billing processes, bill cycles, and credit management activities.

·         Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution using tools such as SOAP UI.

·         Collaborate with Basis and middleware teams for troubleshooting logs and performance issues.

·         Handle transport management and Change List migration across environments.

·         Participate in requirement gathering, AS-IS / TO-BE discussions, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.

·         Provide production support and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.

Required Skills

·         7+ years of experience in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC).

·         Strong experience with SAP BRIM implementations.

·         Hands-on expertise in:

o    Charge Plans & Charge Logic

o    Usage, Recurring & One-Time Rates

o    Allowance Plans & Counters

o    Tier-Based Pricing

o    Mapping/Translation/Range Tables

o    Pricing Macros

·         Experience integrating SAP CC with:

o    SAP SOM

o    SAP CI

o    SAP CM/MZ

·         Experience working with SAP CC 5.0, SAP CC 2020, and SAP CC 2023.

·         Good understanding of Rating & Billing processes.

·         Experience with SOAP UI, JIRA, ADO, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience working in Telecom, Automotive, Mobility, or Enterprise Billing environments.

·         Exposure to high-volume transactional systems.

·         Prior experience in Agile delivery environments.

·         Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Nice to Have

·         SAP BRIM functional knowledge.

·         Experience supporting production and enhancement projects.

·         Knowledge of CI/CM integrations and mediation processes.
