Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of hands-on technical development skills and functional knowledge across core financial modules.

This role will support the full application lifecycle, including design, development, customization, upgrades, integrations, testing, production support, and performance tuning within a complex enterprise PeopleSoft environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications
• Develop and optimize PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, and Integration Broker services
• Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Perform impact analysis, retrofitting, and remediation during PeopleTools and FSCM upgrades
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP services
• Support data conversions, interfaces, and system integration activities
• Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and SOX/audit controls
• Create and maintain technical design documents, test plans, and support documentation
• Perform SQL, query, and batch process performance tuning
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience
• 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM
• Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker
• Strong functional understanding of financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Billing, and Project Costing
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, retrofitting, and remediation
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Recommended Experience:

12+ years overall IT experience, including 10+ years of PeopleSoft technical development and at least 7+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM experience.
