Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG pipelines. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment, building production-grade GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications using LLMs
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Implement prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and reusable templates
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and orchestration tools
Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
Deploy models using MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Ensure performance, safety, and guardrails for GenAI systems

Required Skills & Experience

Strong foundation in Machine Learning, NLP, Neural Networks, and LLMs
Hands-on experience with leading LLMs like:
- Google Gemini
- OpenAI GPT models
- Anthropic Claude
- Mistral
- LLaMA

< data-start="1704" data-end="1734"> Generative AI & RAG

Deep expertise in RAG pipelines (design, implementation, optimization)
Experience with platforms like:
- Google Vertex AI
- Hugging Face
Knowledge of agentic frameworks and GenAI evaluation techniques

< data-start="2011" data-end="2052"> Programming & Data Engineering

Strong Python skills with libraries: Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers
Experience with:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
Familiarity with vector databases: Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j

< data-start="2327" data-end="2356"> MLOps & Deployment

Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD

Experience with:
- Kubernetes
- OpenShift

Preferred Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in application development / systems analysis
Experience handling large-scale unstructured data
Strong understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
