Watch Engineer. Operates and makes running repairs on boilers, compressors,
refrigeration equipment, generators, air conditioning facilities and all appurtenant equipment
driven by steam, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power-developing energy. Hotels having
separate maintenance sections shall classify to specific crafts those employees performing duties
of a particular craft full-time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
