Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Applications Administrator with expertise in Aderant to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in managing enterprise applications and ensuring seamless functionality for users. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in system administration, end-user support, and enterprise application integration.
Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise applications, including adding users, handling permissions, and resolving authentication issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, workflow code errors, and file opening issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the billing team to support their operational needs.
Ensure effective application integration by running queries, correcting code, and managing stored procedures.
Address issues related to Aderant and other enterprise applications to optimize system performance.
Create and manage user groups to streamline access and improve functionality.
Provide end-user support and training to enhance application usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement changes to improve efficiency.
Assist with change management processes to ensure smooth transitions in application usage.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application management.
Proficiency in Aderant and similar systems, such as Oracle or PeopleSoft.
Strong background in billing systems, particularly legal billing and time & materials billing.
Ability to understand code, run queries, and manage stored procedures.
Experience in system administration and end-user support.
Familiarity with business requirement documentation and change management processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot system errors and resolve authentication and permission issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
