- Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
- CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.
- Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Work Schedule and Location
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Weekend coverage: Approximately one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off on the following Monday.
