Must Have Skills:

5+ years of experience as a highly skilled Data Scientist.

Deep understanding of machine learning principles and generative AI workflows.

Proven handson expertise with LLMs, including finetuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.

Nice to have skills:

Strong experience in RAG architectures and vector search implementations.

Practical experience building and deploying AI agents using Autogen, LangChain agents, OpenAI agents, or custom agent frameworks.

Detailed Job Description:

6+ years of experience as a highly skilled Data Scientist.

Deep understanding of machine learning principles and generative AI workflows.

Proven hands-on expertise with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.

Strong experience in RAG architectures and vector search implementations.

Practical experience building and deploying AI agents using Autogen, Lang Chain agents, OpenAI agents, or custom agent frameworks.

Experience integrating solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Basic programming foundation in Python, with experience working across relevant AI/ML frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive independently in agile teams.

Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts.

Demonstrates innovation and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.

Broad understanding of AI Solutions, specifically standard RAG-based solutions

Deeper understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Should work on complex AI/ML components independently.

Minimum years of experience: 10 years
