Summary

Account Manager
REMOTE

The Contractor’s leadership team shall include an Account Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact with the State agency contract manager.
Act as the contract liaison for the State agency leadership team.
Ensure ongoing fulfillment of all contractor requirements throughout the life of the contract.
Provide oversight and guidance to the contractor’s working team.
Conduct annual evaluations/check-ins with key State agency stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of experience in:

Large-scale systems implementation
Account maintenance and management

Must have at least 2 years of experience acting as a liaison between contractor and clients for large-scale systems.
Must demonstrate experience as an Account Manager supporting client needs throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in cannabis, marijuana, and/or FDA-regulated industries.
Experience in State government contracting.
Experience in IT-specific account management.
