Required Skills
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Publish and manage documentation content.
- Create new documentation and update existing documents
- Perform content management and document publishing activities
- Ensure high-quality written communication with strong English language skills
Create, edit, and maintain documents with accuracy and consistency - Review and update documents ranging from 2 to 80 pages in length.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to review documentation for completeness, formatting, and accuracy
- Collaborate with teams to ensure documentation updates are completed on time
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in MS Word.
Job Description
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
This role will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining desktop procedures and control documentation for Merchant Services businesses.
- Complete assigned procedure/artifacts writing/publishing assignments on time and in accordance with Content Management Team procedures.
- Drive for results demonstrate effective follow up to ensure assigned tasks completed timely.
- Banking services experience preferred or financial services
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share those recommendations with team management.
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
