US HR Manager
Remote/Hybrid at (Hyderabad GCC office)
Fulltime We are looking for an experienced US HR Manager to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee support activities for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and HR paperwork/documentation
Process and maintain payroll activities accurately and on time
Handle immigration-related documentation and employee records
Conduct employment and background verifications
Coordinate employee medical insurance and benefits administration
Maintain HR files and ensure compliance with company policies
Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns
Work closely with management on HR operations and reporting
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of US HR processes and compliance
Experience with payroll and employee documentation
Understanding of immigration processes and verification procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidential employee information
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in US HR operations or HR management preferred.
