job summary:
This position will be hybrid, with two days working remotely, and three days working on-site in Madison. Only local candidates will be considered.
The Project Manager will join a team responsible for redesigning the entire web presence for a hospital to account for changing strategy and for an update to the websites' accessibility. The contractor will work with the marketing and communications team, and the information technology team, under a project co-led by the directors of each function to deliver a redesigned web experience. While the contractor will work primarily with the Marketing and Technology teams, there will be ample opportunity for the contractor to engage with stakeholders for whom they are implementing this redesign.

responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to decide if the site needs a new CMS, better SEO, or a complete visual rebrand.
- Ensure developers have the assets they need from the designers to build accurately.
- Daily stand-ups and providing weekly status reports to executives.
- Interact with web designers, front-end and back-end developers, QA testers, content creators, and other project managers.
qualifications:
- Five or more years of leading multidisciplinary technology projects from inception to completion
- Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic website projects on a defined timeline
- Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholder teams to develop consensus on project progression
Nice to Have Skills:
- Has experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments
- Has experience with multiple project management tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Project
- Has experience engaging with stakeholders who may not be familiar with desired project methodologies
