Job Description:
The ServiceNow Lead Developer will drive the architectural vision and delivery of automated workflows, specifically focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This role requires a blend of technical leadership and hands-on customization to deliver complex platform implementations.
Experience & Certifications
Total Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development.
Specialized Experience: 3+ years in SPM/PPM implementation and administration.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading development teams and managing stakeholder communication.
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (High Priority)
Technical Stack & Skills
Core Development: JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS.
Integrations: REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and Secure API Authentication.
ServiceNow Modules: Deep expertise in SPM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and APM.
Practices: Agile, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural vision and conduct peer code reviews.
Process Knowledge: Strong mastery of Portfolio, Project, Demand, and Resource Management.
System Integrity: Manage full-cycle testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT).
Documentation: Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.
