Field Service Engineer, CNC and PLC Controls
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Field service across the NJ/NYC region)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, plus overtime (typically $10,000 to $20,000 more) and company vehicle
Service control systems and electronic drives across the region for a company with a 40-year reputation for quality.
Must-Haves
- Field service experience
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, VFDs, and control systems
- Panel wiring experience
- Ability to read schematics
- 18-month technical certification or Associate?s degree
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good driving record for a company vehicle
- U.S. Citizen with clear English communication skills
- Must live within commuting distance of East Hanover, NJ
- Ability to pass a technical skills test, background check, and drug screen
What You?ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and service control systems and electronic drives at customer sites
- Diagnose issues with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and motor controls
- Read and interpret schematics to resolve equipment faults
- Perform panel wiring and system repairs
- Serve as part of the regional field service team

- Component-level electronics troubleshooting
- CNC controls experience
Compensation and Benefits
