Summary

Position: Sr. Program Manager – PeopleSoft HCM
Location: Washington, D.C.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the PeopleSoft HCM team, ensure consistent delivery standards, and serve as the primary point of coordination and escalation between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft resource team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the PeopleSoft HCM team, including mentorship, performance oversight, and delivery management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, and Benefits Administration.
  • Oversee program planning, resource allocation, priorities, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate the digital hiring UX/UI modernization effort.
  • Track team and program performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor project/program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Provide regular program status, risk, and milestone reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary coordination and escalation point between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and PeopleSoft resources.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards and effective collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good experience in IT program and project management.
  • Proven experience managing PeopleSoft HCM teams.
  • Strong experience in program planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, performance management, and risk escalation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public-sector experience.
  • PMP certification.
