We are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our End User Support team. This individual will work on-site at a primary facility and may occasionally travel to nearby locations as needed. The technician will support a variety of technology initiatives and provide day-to-day assistance to end users.
The IT Field Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supporting hardware refresh initiatives
- Assisting with Windows operating system upgrades
- Imaging and deploying new IT equipment
- Troubleshooting desktop, hardware, and software issues
- Providing on-site technical support to end users
***Previous experience in a healthcare environment is helpful but not required.***
The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable shifting between project tasks and daily support responsibilities.
Key Skills:

- Basic Active Directory knowledge
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of IT experience (field support preferred)
- IT-related degree or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
