Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / Redux) (Must be local candidate from Houston, TX with Oil & Gas OR Energy Domain)

This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on C#, .NET, React, Redux, JavaScript, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, React, Redux, and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using React and modern frontend development practices.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux and related state management patterns.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions, system design, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and external services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps automation initiatives.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • .NET / .NET Core
  • React.js
  • Redux
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • SQL Server
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and state management solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, LNG, Utilities, or Industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to business intelligence and analytics tools, including Power BI
