Summary

3 years or more of experience deploying, configuring, and supporting iOS mobile devices in enterprise environments.

Proficiency in Mobile Device Management platforms including Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or comparable UEM solutions.

Experience with endpoint troubleshooting, break/fix support, mobile device configuration, and end-user technical assistance.

Experience with device lifecycle management, inventory tracking, deployment scheduling, hardware handoffs, and e-cycling.

Experience with endpoint security, IT security controls, large-scale device refreshes, and enterprise deployment processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Configure and deploy mobile devices as part of ongoing enterprise endpoint refresh and replacement initiatives.

Coordinate device scheduling, preparation, distribution, user handoffs, and transition activities.

Provide Tier 1 support for mobile device incidents, configuration issues, break/fix requests, and user inquiries.

Track deployed and returned devices while maintaining accurate inventory, deployment, and support records.

Process retired mobile hardware for secure e-cycling and disposal according to established procedures.

Partner with endpoint teams to complete device transitions while applying required security and operational standards.
