Contract: 12-month contract with potential extension up to 3 years

Requirements:

Epic Phoenix certification (required)

Epic Ambulatory OR ClinDoc certification (required)

5+ years of Epic application analyst experience in healthcare environments

Experience with multi-organ transplant centers across healthcare organizations

Experience with Epic Phoenix implementation, workflow design, and optimization (not just support)

Experience in outpatient transplant workflows, including referrals, evaluation, and waitlist management

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight

Experience with cross-functional coordination, escalation, and project support

Proficiency in workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization

Preferred:

Experience training end users and supporting the adoption of Epic workflows

Experience working within large health systems or enterprise EHR environments

Ability to support change management and stakeholder alignment initiatives

Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders

Summary:

This role supports Epic Phoenix within Client Health's transplant program, focusing on optimizing and standardizing workflows across outpatient transplant operations. The analyst will assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows across referrals, evaluation, waitlist management, and longitudinal care.

This is not a ticket-based support role. It requires hands-on experience in implementation-level workflow development and optimization, as well as the ability to operate as an independent contributor.

First 90 Days:

Learn current Epic and transplant workflows

Build relationships with transplant stakeholders

Conduct current-state workflow assessments

Deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, care coordination, and patient experience
