Zuora Revenue SME

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Zuora Revenue SME to provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive successful resolution across Zuora Revenue and related billing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zuora Revenue, revenue recognition, invoice cycles, accounting processes, APIs, and integrations with CRM/ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid analysis and resolution of production support issues within Zuora Revenue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing, payments, revenue recognition, and integrations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zuora functionality, including Product Catalog, Bill Runs, Payment Runs, and Revenue processes.
• Configure and support Zuora Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and other ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve critical production issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Consulting, or SaaS Implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue and related Zuora modules.
• Solid understanding of Revenue Recognition, Invoice Cycles, Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred:

• Experience with Zuora CPQ and Payments.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise SaaS billing and revenue management environments.
