Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description
Onshore Senior Consultant / Manager (7–10 years of relevant experience): Business-facing lead to support AI intake and transformation across the US portfolio.

Responsibilities would include stakeholder management across business, T&O, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Legal; coordination of AI intake and governance updates; portfolio tracking and dependency management; creation of AI process documentation and business-facing guidance; support for ROI tracking methodology and reporting; drafting executive updates and presentations; and leading special projects such as Mega application inventory reconciliation.

Key skills: strong program and portfolio management, executive communication, process design and documentation, cross-functional stakeholder management, issue/risk tracking and escalation, business case and ROI analysis, PowerPoint and Excel, meeting facilitation, structured problem solving, and solid technical acumen including understanding of system architecture and AI-related technologies.
