Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Project Manager with strong Product Owner and PMO capabilities to lead banking and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end delivery, drive product backlog ownership, and align project execution with business value and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication
• Own and prioritize product backlog, user stories, and feature delivery
• Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Lead AI / GenAI related initiatives and PMO activities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in banking or financial services domain
• Product mindset with focus on business value and user experience
• Experience working as Project Manager, PMO, and/or Product Owner
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory environments
• Experience with Agile Scrum and traditional project management
• Understanding of AI / GenAI concepts and project delivery

Required Certifications (Any One):

• PMP
• CBAP
• CSPO
