Position: Network Service Delivery Manager
Location: Libertyville, Illinois (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premises data centers, cloud platforms, and distributed network ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure), SD-WAN, firewall technologies, and IT service management (ITIL). This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, operational stability, incident triage, and continuous service improvement across global infrastructure environments.
The position requires deep hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking, Meraki, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, Zscaler, and Azure networking components, along with strong leadership in managing production operations and service delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end service delivery operations across hybrid infrastructure including on-prem data centers, Azure cloud, and distributed network environments
· Manage 24x7 operational support, shift rotations, and incident triage to ensure timely resolution and service continuity
· Oversee enterprise networking environments using Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, and Zscaler
· Design, maintain, and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, and VRFs
· Configure and support VPNs, firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and QoS policies across enterprise networks
· Support Azure networking components including VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and NSGs
· Utilize network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, and Azure Network Watcher for proactive issue detection
· Manage ITSM operations using ServiceNow or Remedy, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
· Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to resolve complex cross-domain issues
· Support VMware virtual networking including vSwitches, port groups, VLAN tagging, and distributed switches
· Troubleshoot storage network connectivity issues involving protocols such as iSCSI, NFS, and SMB
· Analyze and optimize network performance, backup, and replication traffic flows (Commvault, Zerto, storage systems)
· Ensure documentation accuracy for network configurations, incidents, and operational procedures
· Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across hybrid network environments
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure operations, or service delivery roles
· Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet/FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, and Zscaler
· Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and VRFs
· Experience working in hybrid environments integrating on-prem infrastructure with Azure cloud networking
· Strong understanding of firewall, VPN, NAT, ACL, and QoS configuration and troubleshooting
· Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy and ITIL-based operations
· Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, or Azure Network Watcher
· Working knowledge of VMware networking and storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
· Strong problem-solving, incident management, and cross-functional communication skills
