Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced candidates with strong L2 Application Support expertise in Oracle Retail modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting retail systems, monitoring batch jobs, and handling integrations and data flow issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail systems
Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
Troubleshoot and resolve job failures within SLA timelines
Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
Ensure system stability and performance

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of IT experience with Oracle Retail
Strong experience in:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM / RHIM)
- Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
- Oracle Retail Price Management
- General Ledger (GL)
Hands-on experience in L2/Application Support
Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Databricks and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience in monitoring batch jobs and handling integrations

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
