Data Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the delivery of enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Factory, data pipelines, Power BI, and data governance with proven delivery and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cost-optimized data platforms, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.

• Oversee development of analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.

• Partner with Data Governance teams on Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Cleansing, and Data Glossary initiatives.

• Manage multiple interdependent workstreams and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve technical and delivery risks.

• Provide regular status, risk, and delivery updates to senior leadership and executives.

• Partner with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and business teams to remove delivery roadblocks.

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, integration standards, governance, and quality processes.

• Provide technical guidance and participate in solution and architecture discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing data platforms using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.

• Hands-on experience developing data pipelines and implementing cost-optimization strategies.

• Strong experience developing and guiding Semantic Models for analytical reporting.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and data catalog/glossary concepts.

• Experience with Power BI and enterprise analytics solutions.

• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), particularly Customer and Product/Item Master, is preferred.

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to review and validate solution/architecture designs.

• Proven experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and proactive risk-management abilities.
