Job Summary

The client is seeking a Process Mapping Specialist to support large-scale Finance Process Optimization initiatives. The role involves translating high-level process documentation, workshop outputs, and SME inputs into standardized, execution-ready process maps aligned with firm-approved mapping standards and Finance data attributes.

This role enables stakeholders to visualize end-to-end finance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and accelerate operational improvements across global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and maintain current-state and future-state process maps using firm-approved systems.

Convert complex Finance processes into structured visual workflows aligned with firm standards and required finance attributes.

Collaborate with process facilitators, optimization leads, SMEs, and delivery teams to produce execution-ready process maps.

Maintain access control and periodically update finance data attributes in mapping systems.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements or changes related to process mapping tools.

Apply firm mapping guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and standardization across all mapped processes.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process mapping, process modeling, or process optimization.

Strong experience converting workshop discussions and SME inputs into structured process maps.

Expertise in SAP Signavio and Microsoft Visio.

Experience supporting Finance transformation or process optimization initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Onsite Requirement: Yes – 3 days per week
