Linux Engineer/Systems Engineer (With Validation)

Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Longterm Contract

Essential Technical Skills & Experience:

• Linux Engineer with Validation experience.
• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance manual or automation
• Knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows server, Linux, Red hat and Cent OS etc.
• Knowledge of local area and wide area networking technologies including Ethernet, Routers, Bridges, Ethernet Switches, Firewalls, Routing
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS and multicast)
• Shell programming and extensive knowledge of UNIX tools and utilities (i.e. vi, vim, sed, awk, grep, Perl etc.)
• Knowledge of Python coding skills
• Experience on unit test tools, user interface test tools and test management tools such as TestRail
• Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, SQL
• Good English Communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or any related fields.
