Job Role: Enterprise Program Manager – SAP Business Systems
Job Location: Washington DC (Remote - Quarterly travel required for PI Planning (Washington, D.C. or Wilmington, DE)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to support a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives, manage integrated program schedules, identify dependencies, and ensure successful execution across multiple portfolios.
This position requires strong program leadership, enterprise scheduling expertise, stakeholder management, and experience working with SAP business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide technology workstreams supporting business transformation and restructuring initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Agility Enablement, and other technology teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules across multiple programs and technology portfolios.
  • Identify cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and blockers while driving timely resolution and executive-level decision making.
  • Establish governance processes, operating cadences, and reporting mechanisms to ensure predictable program execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support organizational readiness and successful business transitions.
  • Ensure compliance, operational readiness, and smooth transitions involving enterprise systems, business processes, and data.
  • Define, monitor, and report key program metrics, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery and execution.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 11–15 years of experience in Program Management, Enterprise Transformation, or Portfolio Management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or restructuring initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in integrated master scheduling, dependency management, and program governance.
  • Experience working with enterprise business systems, preferably SAP across:
    • Finance
    • Human Resources
    • Procurement
    • Supply Chain Management
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies; SAFe experience is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 
Preferred Experience
  • Enterprise PMO or Portfolio Management experience.
  • Organizational Change Management experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise restructuring or business transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise asset management processes.
  • Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
