Must Have Technical/Functional Skill:
Kinaxis Platform: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response; deep expertise in concurrent planning
Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demand, Supply, and S&OP planning concepts
Configuration & Development: Proficiency in building/modifying planning workbooks, custom fields, and business logic
Data & Integration: Strong knowledge of Kinaxis data model and integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Security Administration: Experience in Kinaxis security setup and administration
Advanced Modules: Experience with Demand.ai, Wahupa, or MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization) - highly desirable
Application maintenance & Support: Experience in Application Management Services, incident resolution, and change management
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead AMS & Development teams ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely incident resolution, and efficient change management
Act as Solution Architect for new Kinaxis implementations and enhancements; design complex solutions to meet business needs
Own technical implementation for core Demand & Supply planning modules including workbooks, custom fields, and business logic
Drive strategic planning initiatives including integration of AI modules like Demand.ai and Wahupa / MEIO
Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients; translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis to ensure application stability
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, user guides, and support procedures
