Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated master project schedules.
- Coordinate with multiple workstream leads to gather schedule updates, dependencies, and project status.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
- Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and potential project delays.
- Generate project status reports, dashboards, visualizations, and executive summaries.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and project planning workshops.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project coordination, project controls, or PMO support.
|
|
Technical Skills
|

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, government, or large enterprise transformation programs.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience with multi-phase, multi-release, or large-scale implementation projects.
- Experience facilitating project workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
