Hiring: Graphic Designer
Location: Getzville New York
Duration: 12 Months ( Potential to convert Full time)

Note: entry level candidates with a degree in any graphic design-related field will also be considered

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating high-quality visual materials for internal banking clients. This role involves producing engaging pitch books, deal books, infographics, logos, and other marketing assets using industry-standard design software. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a variety of marketing materials such as pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics, logos, maps, and illustrations using MS Office and Adobe applications at an advanced level.


• Assist in creating visually compelling PPT pitch books, offering conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client presentations, including motion graphics.


• Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations to meet project specifications.


• Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards and provide guidance on brand usage to clients.


• Collaborate directly with workflow staff and clients to understand deadlines, instructions, and design requirements.


• Complete administrative tasks related to work billing and job tracking accurately.


• Support intake coordination as needed and perform quality control of own work, assisting colleagues with QC tasks.


• Mentor new team members post-training and contribute to best production practices through internal initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and Blender is a plus.


• Educational background with a bachelor's degree or a diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

Demonstrated ability to meet job requirements through relevant work experience in a corporate setting
