Our team is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our Technology team. This role supports our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment and is responsible for both functional configuration and business analysis across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
You'll work directly with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure the system meets business needs. This is a hands-on role not a project manager or coordinator position.
Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules
Gather and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders
Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Deliver end-user training and support
Perform first-line functional troubleshooting and break/fix resolution
Deliver small to medium enhancements independently
Partner with integration specialists and managed services vendors on larger initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) experience
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Demonstrated configuration experience across multiple modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects)
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
Strong SQL skills
Experience supporting post-implementation stabilization and enhancements
Excellent communication skills able to work directly with Finance business users
