Job Title: Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design for a core product area, helping shape the future of AI-powered mortgage technology. This is not a traditional execution-focused design role. You will work directly with customers, Product Management, and Engineering to define solutions for highly complex financial workflows. You will have a meaningful voice in product strategy while crafting intuitive experiences that make dense, high-stakes processes feel simple and trustworthy.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional UX craft with strong systems thinking, customer empathy, and experience designing data-rich enterprise products. If you enjoy solving difficult interaction problems, designing AI-native experiences, and influencing product direction from discovery through delivery, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or related experience.
- Proven experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or workflow-driven products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership and high-quality interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and customer discovery sessions.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and designing for complex workflows.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.
- Familiarity with uncertainty states, AI-generated content, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Accessibility expertise, including WCAG standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with data-dense interfaces, dashboards, tables, filtering systems, and information-heavy workflows.
- Fintech, mortgage, lending, or financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong visual design and brand sensibilities.
