Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 6 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Concur (T&E + Invoice).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of expense and travel management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting.
• Experience in SAP ECC / S4HANA environments.
• Experience in integration between SAP and Concur.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL).
• Configure and support Accounts Payable (AP).
• Configure and support Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Configure and support Asset Accounting (AA).
• Configure and support Bank Accounting & Reconciliation.
• Handle financial closing activities (month-end/year-end).
• Manage taxation, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Work on cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis (CO-PA).
• Configure pricing procedures, account determination, and document types.
• Implement and support Concur modules: Travel & Expense (T&E) and Invoice Management.
• Configure expense policies, approval workflows, and audit rules.
• Manage integration with SAP FICO (ECC / S4HANA).
• Handle employee expense reimbursement and vendor payments.
• Support corporate card integration and reconciliation.
• Ensure seamless integration between Concur and SAP (via APIs/CIG/Middleware).
• Perform testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Troubleshoot finance and expense-related issues.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in global finance operations / multi-country rollouts.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT, statutory compliance.
• Exposure to automated expense auditing and policy enforcement.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP/debugging.

• Strong stakeholder management (Finance + IT teams).
• Ability to work in global delivery model (EMEA/APAC).
