Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Architect to design and build enterprise-grade AI systems for Supply Chain use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks, along with deep experience in enterprise software architecture and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own enterprise-scale Agentic AI systems for Supply Chain solutions.

• Build multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and RAG pipelines.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and user stories.

• Lead end-to-end development, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.

• Collaborate with Enterprise IT, product, and research teams using LLMs and agentic frameworks.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM) and data sources.

• Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies.

• Design observability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems (latency, accuracy, cost, hallucinations).

• Drive architecture across on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and containerized environments.

• Lead technical design reviews and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or enterprise engineering.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems.

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks.

• Expertise in RAG architectures, LangChain, ReAct patterns, AutoGPT-style workflows.

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, similarity search, and retrieval optimization.

• Knowledge of multi-agent communication patterns (planner/executor/critic, supervisor agents).

• Strong experience in API integration, backend services, SQL, JSON (Java is a plus).

• Experience with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM).

• Strong system design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NVIDIA NeMo, AIQ, or similar AI platforms.

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Supply Chain domain knowledge.
