Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between development and operations by automating and streamlining processes. This role focuses on building robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and enabling efficient software delivery across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and support hybrid cloud, edge, and micro data center infrastructure
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and rapid deployments
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated configuration management
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows environments
  • Deploy and support containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, or K3s
  • Maintain networking infrastructure including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, system hardening)
  • Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards
  • Ensure system resilience including backup, recovery, failover, and patching
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, electrical, cybersecurity, and operations
  • Support integration of lab, telemetry, and OT-connected systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams)

Required Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, or K3s)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with hybrid cloud and edge infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
  • Networking knowledge including firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or OT-connected environments
  • Familiarity with OT/IT convergence and protocols like OPC UA or Modbus
  • Knowledge of high-availability architecture and disaster recovery
  • Experience with telemetry, analytics, simulation, or GPU workloads
  • Exposure to edge computing environments

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting and automation skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
