Job DetailsRequirements:
- Take lead on toxic tort defense matters
- Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work
- Prepare cases for trial and handle strategy with partners and clients
- Appear in court and manage hearings as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state
- 1+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort or willingness to learn toxic tort!
- Billable Hours: 1800 depending on Salary Requirements (might go up from there)
