Title: Technical Project Manager (Hands-on)
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ (Onsite 5 days/week with flexibility for offshore syncs)
Compensation: Up to $180,000/year

Overview
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead complex custom software development projects from ideation through production deployment. This role requires close coordination with offshore engineering teams and active involvement in technical setup and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & SDLC Leadership: Direct hands-on management of custom software engineering projects across the entire SDLC.
- Stakeholder Management & BA: Elicit requirements, analyze business requests, and bridge technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Offshore Coordination: Manage and align offshore teams (12-hour time zone difference), including late-evening syncs.
- Jira Administration: Hands-on setup of Jira projects, custom workflows, Jira Service Management/Software schemes, and automated reporting.
Core Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years leading digital software/product development in Agile environments.
- Technical Background: Prior coding/hands-on experience (JavaScript, SQL, AngularJS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, WordPress).
- Tools: Expert in Jira Admin, Gantt charts, and flowcharts.
- Attributes: Strong communication, self-directed, adaptable, and highly organized.
