Infrastructure Analyst III with our large power and utilities client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $48.79 - $53.79/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Sr. Infrastructure Analysts to join an existing team with experience supporting Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Employees at this level manage work in application areas of specialization, with minimal supervision. Employees are expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. They are fully competent in use of concepts and procedures . They identify problems, develop solutions, and take actions to resolve.
Provides technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems and interfaces. Responsible for IT representation on assigned areas steering teams, quality improvement teams, and continuous improvement teams, project implementation teams and working groups. May also participate in the testing and evaluation of new IT solutions. They participate in project implementations for their assigned groups acting as test coordinators, project subject matter experts, or project leads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead troubleshooting and implement fixes for assigned solutions; resolve complex issues independently.
- Work with vendors to support and maintain applications (break-fix, patches, upgrades, service packages).
- Coordinate and perform routine maintenance for patches, service packs, and upgrades with operations/DBAs.
- Utilize waterfall and agile methodologies for application development and maintenance; act as SME or Technical Lead.
- Identify, design, and deliver platform improvements; define upgrade/change processes and cadence.
- Facilitate platform automation and coach teams on proper use of cloud technologies.
- Research and analyze new technologies; provide recommendations at application/integration system level.
- Design modifications based on requirements and coordinate development efforts.
- Process Change Requests and QA documentation for implementations and support changes
- Thoroughly document work processes and adhere to established procedures.
- Communicate downtimes, changes, status, issues, and defects clearly to users and IT management.
- Present complex technical subjects in an understandable manner (oral and written).
- Facilitate meetings and provide direction to others.
- Build strong working relationships across all organizational levels.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in application development and/or support
- Experience managing large assignments and leading small projects
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (unit, system, integration), documentation, and implementation using standard processes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a rapidly changing IT environment
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Understanding of client/server concepts and object-oriented design
- Experience supporting vendor-installed applications
- Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with large programs and Agile methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders with differing priorities to achieve goals
- Experience supporting Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Success in complex problem-solving and delivering quality solutions
- Expert coding skills in one or more standard languages
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to lead others in its use
- Experience with schema/database design, enterprise standards, and process adherence
