Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Performance Engineer with experience to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise and cloud-based applications. The role focuses on ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance across web, API, and backend systems..
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and microservices and Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or similar tools for web, API, and backend systems
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Next.js applications, covering unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Perform API performance testing (REST/JSON, SOAP) and integrate with automation frameworks
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
• Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, network) during test execution
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application and infrastructure performance
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and best practices
Must have skills:
