About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled Backend Software Engineers to join our team and help build and deploy production-grade AI, analytics, and software solutions for global clients. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, architects, and fellow engineers to transform complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI, analytics, and enterprise software solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust and maintainable technical solutions.
- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance applications that can operate at production scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, architects, and frontend engineers.
- Participate actively in architecture discussions and contribute to core product decisions.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and services.
- Implement CI/CD practices and support cloud deployment strategies.

- Support paired programming, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as:
- Strong knowledge of relational databases:

- Proficiency in software engineering best practices including:
