Mobile Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Mobile Developer who will support the design, development, and maintenance of secure, reliable mobile solutions for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate is a collaborative engineer who values clean architecture, performance, and delivering high-quality user experiences. This candidates needs to be located in the SLC area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS
* Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and dependable mobile solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established engineering standards
* Integrate mobile applications with internal systems, RESTful APIs, and third-party services
* Implement scalable state management patterns
* Ensure application reliability through unit, integration, and functional testing
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices
* Support application releases and updates to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
* Create and maintain technical documentation related to mobile applications
* Stay current on mobile development trends, security considerations, and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS
* Strong proficiency in a mobile development framework
* Solid understanding of mobile design patterns
* Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services and APIs
* Familiarity with collaborative development workflows
* Strong TDD and BDD principles

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience integrating Flutter or React Native with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) components
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications
* Experience with push notifications, analytics, or crash reporting tools
* Understanding of security, data privacy, and performance considerations in mobile applications
* Prior experience working in Agile or Lean environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
