Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Program/Project Manager for Change Management & Transformation for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting clients (not an IT Project Manager position). This position will work as part of a global operations team acting as a third-party center of excellence, enhancing and protecting the client's resources and reputation by making responsible buying easy and creating leading solutions and experiences across our third-party ecosystem. This department plays a key role in enabling the company to set the standard for accountability and compliance in the profession. Candidates must be able to take a consultative approach in engaging internal teams (Big 4 or comparable background is highly preferred). Will be working as part of a PMO-like operational team.
This role will report to the Strategic Planning & Culture (SP&C) team and take the lead in organizing, structuring and driving alignment and accountability of numerous cross-functional initiatives for End to End Source to Pay Transformation , all in accordance with internal proprietary Systems and Processes. Additionally, you may be tasked with designing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize outcomes.
In this role, you will influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality outcomes, and collaborate closely with leaders, managers, and the SP&C team. You will oversee the coordinated shaping and execution of multiple initiatives, spot issues and connections to manage effective integration, and support the onboarding of new managers to ensure a seamless transition and sustained operational stability.
You will ensure that projects are on track and communication flows smoothly among all parties. A critical part of the role is to provide insight across the spectrum of work by connecting dots and raising substantive and other blockers. To do so, you will use data analysis, expert problem-solving skills, and stakeholder input to address complex challenges and drive informed decision-making.
You may advise and coach colleagues to take different approaches to achieve results.

Your Qualifications and Skills- - Bachelor's/university degree required.
- Proven experience in Transformations, (IDP, BUP, Implementation) preferred
- Proven experience in planning and managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high-quality results.
- Ability to toggle between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
- Proven ability to analyze problems, make recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics.
- Change Management and Leadership: Experience driving change through influencing skills, adoption techniques, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to coach and advise senior leaders on change management strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Broad understanding of business operations
