Senior Project Manager (Contract) - Digital Product DesignContract Duration: July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (high likelihood of extension into 2027, but not guaranteed)
Location: Dearborn, MI (onsite 4 days per week)
Rate: Up to $55-60/hour (W2 or C2C, no PTO or benefits)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to support Digital Product Design initiatives, with a specific focus on the
within the mobile app of our automotive client. This individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring project visibility, and driving execution within a large, complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Manage project budgets and monitor spend against planned allocations
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation (status reports, project plans, risks/issues logs)
- Oversee and support ticket management workflows within project tracking systems
- Assist with intake processes, including prioritization and resource alignment for incoming work
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigation strategies
- Provide consistent stakeholder communication and reporting
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large, complex organizations
- Strong background in:
- Project tracking and execution
- Budget management
- Documentation and reporting
- Ticket and workflow management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience working on mobile app projects
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Familiarity with Digital Product Design processes and teams
Additional Notes- Candidates with only startup experience will not be considered-this role requires experience navigating large-scale, matrixed environments
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and operational discipline

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
